Sharing new material is both exciting and terrifying all at the same time. That said, I am planning to release a new song at the end of the summer. I’ve been sitting on this material for years, for many reason. Mostly resources, energy and health. But at this point in my life, I’m moved to share more material.
Today, I am sharing the poetic prelude to the song, “Resist.” A song I wrote almost 15 years ago, but never released. This is a song that I feel is very relevant to the times we are currently in. I think in some ways, many of the songs I wrote in my twenties were for a generation we were awaiting. One who was willing to stand up and resist.
